Features a rational structure, compact size, lightweight design, and easy installation. It is resistant to freezing, water hammer, and overheating. Equipped with a stainless steel strainer, it offers convenient maintenance, sensitive operation, excellent sealing performance, and a long service life.
Disc-type steam traps utilize the thermodynamic differences in flow velocity and volume—which occur as steam and condensate pass through the valve orifice—to actuate the disc, thereby opening or closing the valve seat to discharge condensate while retaining steam.
Suitable for draining condensate while retaining steam in high-temperature steam main lines and superheated steam piping networks.

Verify that the valve body material, pressure rating, and temperature limits meet the requirements of the specific operating conditions.
Clean the piping thoroughly to remove debris before installation.
Install the trap as close to the heating equipment as possible.
Install horizontally at the lowest point of the piping, ensuring the flow direction matches the arrow marked on the valve body.
Each piece of heating equipment should be equipped with its own dedicated steam trap to prevent mutual interference.
To ensure stable system operation, open the valve upstream of the steam trap slowly, allowing it to warm up gradually to its normal operating state.
Perform regular maintenance to ensure the steam trap continues to function correctly.
